Same-day delivery may be available for urgent orders (depending on location)

Delivery takes 2–5 working days depending on your location
Orders are sent via trusted courier services

  • Delivery Fees

Delivery charges vary based on your location
Customers will be informed of delivery cost before dispatch

 

  • Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation
Customers will receive updates on their order status

 

  • Failed Delivery / Unreachable Customer

Please ensure your phone number is active and reachable
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply

🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

At HomyThingsGH, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Items must be inspected immediately upon delivery
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • We do NOT accept returns for:

Change of mind
Used or damaged items after delivery
Improper handling by customer

  • Refund Process:

Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 working days
Refunds are made via the original payment method

Cash on Delivery (available for selected locations in Accra)

  • Important Notes:

Full payment is required before delivery for orders outside Accra.
Orders are only confirmed after payment is received.
